Terms and conditions

Authors are responsible for a scientific paper and research quality. Primary submission does not guarantee paper publication. All papers must receive positive peer review with or without request for necessary changes.

• If no changes are needed, then the paper can be submitted for publication in a scientific journal.
• If the reviewer’s feedback contains a request for changes, changes must be made accordingly and the updated paper must be submitted for publication.
• If the author receives negative feedback, the article will be declined and will not be published in a scientific journal.
